ULI Westchester/Fairfield is pleased to announce its  second City ExChange program taking place on  September 28, 2018 in  White Plains, NY.  This innovative ULI program consists of an exciting series of interactive cross-city/ cross-State tours that  highlight  varous projects, site visits, discussion panels and networking opportunities. These sessions are specifically designed to learn about the challenges, successes and best practices employed by different muncipalities that our  tri-State metropolitan areas are currently facing.

Please join ULI for a presentation at City Hall led by Mayor Tom Roach and  City Planning Commissioner Chris Gomez and then for a downtown walking tour highlighting several leading redevelopment projects currently underway.

Site tours include  440 Hamilton Avenue, the former AT & T buidling that has been repurposed into luxury rental housing by Rose Associates, a tour and talk about TOD efforts currently underway in the vicinity of  the White Plains Metro North train station  and a private tour and lunch at 55 Bank Street hosted by LCOR.
