To all aspiring real estate developers and young professionals seeking a deeper understanding of the overall process (and challenges) faced by real estate developers; ULI West/FF is pleased to announce its DEVELOPMENT 360 Program.
DEVELOPMENT 360 is a five- session professional development program taking place over the course of a year, each session covering the complete cycle the real estate development process from acquisitions, capital markets, entitlements/land use, construction/architecture through dispositions. The sessions are geared to real estate professionals that are in the beginning or mid-career stage, but are open to all. The speakers will share their experiences and best practices in a lively and interactive session, opting for case studies and Q/A over lectures and will include networking with each session. AICP CM currently pending.
Although not required, we strongly recommend that program participants to register for all sessions series, in order to leverage the full potential of the coursework.
Space is limited to the first 30 registrants.
