To all aspiring real estate developers and young professionals seeking a deeper understanding of the overall process (and challenges) faced by real estate developers; ULI West/FF is pleased to announce its DEVELOPMENT 360 Program. DEVELOPMENT 360 is a five- session professional development program taking place over the course of a year, each session covering the complete cycle the real estate development process from acquisitions, capital markets, entitlements/land use, construction/architecture through dispositions. The sessions are geared to real estate professionals that are in the beginning or mid-career stage, but are open to all. The speakers will share their experiences and best practices in a lively and interactive session, opting for case studies and Q/A over lectures and will include networking with each session.

Lee Lasberg is President of Lasberg Construction Associates. Based in Armonk, NY, Lasberg Construction Associates traces its origins back to 1932. Mr. Lasberg has been the president of the firm since 1988 and is the third generation to lead the company. Lasberg Construction Associates is a full-service general contractor that delivers ground-up and renovation projects for the multifamily residential and commercial sectors. They cover a geographic market that spans from New York City, through the Hudson Valley and into southern Connecticut. Their clients range from Fortune 500 Companies to nonprofit organizations.
