The Westchester/Fairfield Women’s Leadership Initiative invites you to a building tour, talk, and networking at Hamilton Green – White Plain’s newest Transit-Oriented Development. Attendees will tour the AVE Hamilton Green, the first phase of the transformation of the former White Plains Mall property, which includes two new residential buildings – 5 Cottage and 25 Cottage – with a mix of loft, studio, 1, 2 & 3 bedroom, and penthouse apartments, as well as fully furnished flexible-stay suites. This ground-breaking mixed-use development will revitalize Hamilton Avenue by creating an activated streetscape with new retail, restaurants, and connected public open space linking Mamaroneck Avenue to the White Plains Metro North train station. Hear from the Hamilton Green development team, including how the development came to fruition from its initial rezoning and entitlement process, brownfield redevelopment and construction, and ultimate design vision and marketing.
