    Penny Wickey

    Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC

    Penny’s career includes a broad range of public and private sector experience. While attending Business School/Cornell, Penny was the Lead Associate for a State Department-funded project and organized multi-disciplinary research teams from Cornell University for in-country investigations in Colombia, Hong Kong and Malaysia; research focused on assessments of science and technology infrastructure and opportunities for improved US assistance. Penny was on the team in Colombia representing the Business School. Following Graduate School Penny spent two years within the Multinational Corporate Lending Group at the Bank of Boston, a recognized leader in the Latin American banking world. With her extensive experience in Latin America, Penny joined Harvard University as the Director of Finance and Administration for the multi-nationally funded Latin American Scholarship Program and was responsible for all aspects of budgeting, financial reporting and administration, personnel and compliance. She managed a staff of fifteen. Funding sources included the State Department (USAID and USIA) and several Latin and Central American governments. In 1993 Penny began her career in commercial real estate and in 2004 formed her own brokerage company, Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate (SCRE). SCRE is licensed in CT, NY, MA RI, NH and FL. SCRE’s diversity and expertise provides strategic value on multiple platforms – retail, office and investment sales, consulting - representing Landlords and Developers, Tenants, and Buyers/Sellers.     Gene Pride

    Senior Vice President, CBRE Investment Management

    Gene Pride began his investment real estate career in 1998 and currently leads the Multifamily division for Jeff Dunne’s New York Institutional Properties Group. Since 1998, the team has completed apartment transactions exceeding $9.22 Billion in value encompassing 49,000 units. Mr. Pride is responsible for the execution of multifamily sales in the greater New York metropolitan area including the New Jersey, New York and Connecticut markets. Drawing on his varied background, Mr. Pride regularly speaks on industry panels, writes for industry publications and has served in leadership positions for ICSC and NAIOP.

    Linda Whitehead

    McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP

    Linda B. Whitehead is a partner in the firm of McCullough, Goldberger & Staudt, LLP. Ms. Whitehead practices primarily municipal law and land use law. She acts as Village Attorney to some of the firm’s municipal clients, advising them on all aspects of municipal law. She also guides both property owners and the firm’s municipal clients through complex land use approval processes, including compliance with the State Environmental Quality Review Act. In addition to her municipal and land use work, Ms. Whitehead heads the firm’s transactional real estate practice, which represents clients in relation to the acquisition and sale, leasing and financing of all types of commercial and residential properties, and she has been involved in the approval and financing of several affordable housing projects. She also represents a number of lenders in making complex commercial loans. Ms. Whitehead has also represented property owners in relation to cleanup of contaminated sites pursuant to NYS Department of Environmental Conservation guidelines. Ms. Whitehead regularly lectures on municipal and land use law and real estate matters. She received her J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Mount Holyoke College.
