Mentorship Program 2026
Become part of a dynamic mentorship program that connects real estate professionals across generations through a meaningful, year-long partnership!
The Westchester/Fairfield ULI District Council’s Mentorship Program is a selective, year-long initiative designed to foster meaningful industry relationships and enhance ULI connectivity. This protégé-driven program carefully pairs Mentees with experienced Mentors to create synergistic partnerships and expand professional networks. [Mentors must be ULI members in good standing to participate. Priority consideration for mentee positions is given to current Young Leaders Group Members and Students, as well as employees of ULI Westchester/Fairfield Annual Sponsors, though West/FF ULI may consider non-members at its discretion. This approach ensures a diverse and dynamic pool of participants while maintaining the program’s commitment to ULI’s core membership.]
Selection & Kickoff:
Upon selection, West/FF ULI facilitates mentor-mentee matches based on industry experience and interests. The program commences with an exclusive kickoff dinner, providing a formal setting for initial relationship building.
Engagement Structure:
Following the kickoff, Mentors and Mentees are expected to meet independently, with a recommended quarterly minimum for one-on-one interactions. These can be conducted in-person or virtually. Joint attendance at ULI events is encouraged to further strengthen the mentorship bond. West/FF ULI will send quarterly reminders to Mentees to schedule a check-in with your Mentor.
