ULI Westchester Fairfield’s Sustainability Task Force – is a group of active ULI members whose aim is to work with its members and the community of Westchester Fairfield to generate-

1)      a consensus around the most important sustainable development issues that face this region. i.e. – to revitalize city and town centers, increase density in areas that are already built and to do so with green and energy-efficient practices.

2)      a discussion around important and timely issues that affect our immediate communities – such as stormwater issues, comprehensive planning to alleviate such issues, help create an effective coalition of public-private interests to address green infrastructure, green and energy-efficient buildings, and businesses in this region.

3)      a buzz around successful green building initiatives and projects by our members and constituents and to highlight successful strategies to other developers, builders, and community policymakers.
