Land Use Law Center – Honoring Richard L. O’Rourke and Noelle C. Wolfson

On Wednesday evening, December 5th, 2018, the Land Use Law Center will present this year’s Founder’s Award to Richard L. O’Rourke, Principal Member, Keane & Beane P.C., who has distinguished himself as a land use attorney that has negotiated diverse and varied interests to achieve approval for complex projects without the need for litigation.  This year, we also celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Land Use Law Center. In honor of this occasion, the Center will bestow its first Distinguished Young Attorney Award to Noelle C. Wolfson, Associate Attorney, Hocherman, Tortorella, & Wekstein, LLP, a 2006 graduate of Pace Law and former Land Use Law Center Honors Fellow, who has demonstrated excellent service and commitment to land use law.
