SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES AVAILABLE NOW!

Dear Friends of the Schack Institute,

We are pleased to announce that sponsorship opportunities are now available for the 2nd National Symposium of Women in Real Estate, set for Thursday, October 25 at the Westin New York at Times Square. One of the largest forums of its kind, the Symposium convenes women serving in senior leadership roles at the industry’s most prominent firms for a wide-ranging discussion of the real estate market outlook and the forces shaping property investment, financing, and development. This national event also serves as a critical mentorship platform for women executives and the next generation of real estate industry leaders.

Through announcements, signage, and other promotions, sponsorship of the conference offers firms a high level of visibility with an industry and academic audience surpassing four hundred people as well as with press covering the event. Proceeds from the conference are used to support Schack’s Women in Real Estate scholarships and other strategic priorities.

We are delighted that Xin Zhang, Co-Founder and CEO of SOHO China, will join us as this year’s keynote speaker. One of Asia’s largest development companies, SOHO China’s 2007 initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange raised $1.9 billion, Asia’s largest-ever commercial real estate IPO. Since its launch in 2014, SOHO China’s SOHO 3Q has grown to become China’s largest operator of co-working space and a magnet for the region’s startups and technology companies. Xin and her husband, Pan Shiyi, are members of the Breakthrough Energy Coalition spearheaded by Bill Gates to fund technologies that will enable a zero-emissions future. Among the featured speakers, Ms. Zhang will be joined by Debi Hemmeter, co-founder of Lean In.

You can view the full roster of conference speakers. View photo highlights from the 2017 Symposium.

We look forward to seeing you at the Symposium and thank you for considering sponsorship.
