The Macro View of Micro Units: Urban Housing Alternatives Co-living and Micro-Units
Join ULI Members and colleagues on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 for an interactive talk and presentation on urban housing affordability and new and innovative solutions being implemented in our region.
As urban housing markets continue to push the bounds of affordability, more affordable alternatives to traditional multifamily housing have continued to gain prominence and acceptance. Solutions such as Co-living and Micro-units have become increasingly sought after and developers have begun to awake to the market demand.
Come learn how these housing types work, how they differ from traditional apartment living, and what the differences are between the product types.
Representatives from leaders in the Co-Living and Micro-unit space will present information about their businesses, participate in a question and answer session, followed by a smaller, ULI members only, group tour of Urby Stamford, a new rental community under construction in Stamford.
