Bridgeport Landing Development and Flaherty & Collins Properties are taking the lead in the development and construction of this 6.5 acre 420-unit mixed-use project. Robert W. Christoph, Jr. is President of RCI Group. For the past 19 years he has been responsible for directing and overseeing new developments in virtually every sector of the real estate industry. In his position, he is responsible for the strategic direction of the company, overall management of the firm, and the pursuit of new development opportunities and financing activities across all business platforms.
Mr. Christoph serves on the Board of the University of Miami School of Architecture MRED+U (Master of Real Estate Development + Urbanism), Board member on the Marina and Waterfront Protection Authority Committee for the City of Miami Beach, Board Member of the Bridgeport Regional Business Council, and serves on the Founders Board at Mount Sinai Hospital. Over the years, Mr. Christoph has received numerous honors for his business, civic and philanthropic activities.
Mr. Christoph graduated from Central Michigan University receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from The University of Miami.
