Join your fellow ULI members and colleagues on December 13, 2023 for an exclusive talk, happy hour and play time with the owners of Pickleball America, one of the country's largest indoor Pickleball venues. Learn how the deal came together, challenges and future expansion plans. Pickleball America will eventually encompass 80,000 square feet across two floors in a former Saks 5th Avenue anchor space at the Stamford Town Center. It's goal is to be a "sportstainment" center focused on pickleball with 28 courts, lockers, a lounge, café, bandstand, childcare area, coworking lounge and numerous event spaces.
Enjoy drinks, snacks and two hours of playtime across three courts with a pickleball pro! All are welcome, whether playing or not.
