    Marjan Murray

    M&T Bank

    Marjan Murray is Executive Vice President and Senior Group Manager of the Commercial Real Estate Finance Department at M&T Bank. She is responsible for overall management and new business development of four regional loan offices in Connecticut with a loan portfolio of $4 billion. Marjan holds leadership roles with a broad array of community and business organizations. She currently sits on the Board of Directors of the Housing Development Fund (Past President), Real Estate Finance Association (Past President), and DSSD-Stamford Downtown Special Services District’s Board of Commissioners. In the past, Marjan has served on the Board of Directors of NAIOP-Commercial Real Estate Development Association of Connecticut & Suburban New York (Past President), the advisory board of the University of Connecticut at Stamford School of Business Administration, Board of Directors of Fairfield 2000 Homes, and Stamford Center for the Arts. Marjan is a recipient of the Spirit of Volunteerism Award at Peoples United Bank, as well as NAIOP's Impact Award. She was the honoree at March of Dimes “Fairfield County Real Estate Award” in 2019 for her impact on the community and commercial real estate.

    Jeff Dunne

    Chairman of Capital Markets, CBRE

    Jeff Dunne is a Vice Chairman at CBRE and oversees the New York Capital Markets team that sells income producing multi-family, office, retail and industrial assets. The team’s business is largely transacted in the New York Region, though the group also sells portfolios throughout the United States. Since 1995, the team has completed over $40 billion in transactions. Some notable transactions include the $1.9 billion sale of the Kushner Apartment Portfolio and the $823 million sale of the Starwood Ceruzzi & Starwood Wasserman Retail Portfolios. In 2022, the team completed 47 transactions valued at $2.6 billion. Significant transactions in 2023 include the $420 million sale of Harborside 1-3 (office) in Jersey City, the $209 million sale of Sutton Landing Apartment Portfolio on Long Island (pending), the $113 million sale of the Whole Foods center in the White Plains CBD and the $168 million recap of Town Walk at Hamden Hills, in Hamden, CT. Jeff is active in various charity and community organizations and sits on the Board of Trustees of the Wakeman Boys & Girls Club, the Real Estate Advisory Board at Pennsylvania State University’s Smeal School of Business and Bishop Caggiano’s Real Estate Board. In 2012 Jeff was honored by the March of Dimes, receiving its annual Real Estate Award and in 2013 he received the Edward S. Gordon Award. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University and holds an MBA from New York University.

    Adam Ifshin

    CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER, DLC Management Corporation

    Adam Ifshin is Founder and CEO of DLC Management Corp., which he founded in 1991. Over the last 25 years, he has built DLC into one of the nation’s largest owners and operators of retail real estate, and one of the most active acquirers of assets with value added potential. Mr. Ifshin oversees DLC’s acquisitions and dispositions, capital markets activities, redevelopments, joint ventures, and corporate strategy, and is well versed in the complex world of foreclosures, bankruptcies, and restructurings. As a principal, he has been involved in over $4.5 billion of real estate transactions. Mr. Ifshin received a BA, cum laude, from Williams College, with honors degrees in economics and history, and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. He is also a graduate of Harvard University’s Graduate School course Running a Real Estate Company (2003). Mr. Ifshin is a member of the Board of Trustees of the International Council of Shopping Centers (“ICSC”), a member of the Executive Board of the Board of Trustees of ICSC, and Chair of the ICSC Government Relations Advisory Committee. He is a full member of the Urban Land Institute (“ULI”), is a past Chair of ULI’s Retail Council (Blue), and is currently a ULI Council Counselor. He has testified on behalf of the real estate industry in both the House of Representatives and the Senate on the issue of Carried Interest. In 2010 and in 2014, Mr. Ifshin was a finalist in the Entrepreneur of the Year Program run by Ernst & Young.
